My education started with a B.S. in Kinesiology from U.C.L.A. and D.C. from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Over the years my work has been influenced by further study of techniques including Applied Kinesiology, Sacral Occipital technique, Impulse instrument assisted adjusting, Kinesiotaping, core strengthening and nutrition. I combine elements of all of these influences in my work.
By integrating traditional chiropractic adjustments of the spine and extremities with soft tissue release and reeducation, supportive exercises and nutritional recommendations, I can help a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic complaints. I can also assist with healthy aging, a process that benefits greatly from supportive bodywork!
A Sonoma County resident since 1990, I love to hike, travel, do yoga, lift weights, watch Giants games and drink Sonoma County wine.
I’m honored that my patients trust me to be a part of their health care team. I strive to help everyone I work with to achieve a better understanding of their body and how to live comfortably in it.
