Insurance

Summerfield Chiropractic is a “fee for service” office, which means we require payment at the time of service. If your insurance covers out-of-network chiropractic care, you can request a receipt called a superbill. The superbill is a coded receipt you can submit to your insurer.

For our patients with traditional Medicare, we can courtesy bill Medicare on your behalf. Medicare will reimburse you directly for the covered portions of our services. These services include acute spinal adjustments only. Medicare does not reimburse for regular maintenance care, work done on extremities, manual therapy, massage or exercise prescriptions. If you have an Advantage Plan, we do not bill any of these.
